There are four pillars of the foundation for PFQ. They form the container into which we will journey. Many of the ideas in the foundation will not be directly addressed. Rather, these ideas will come through in all of our teachings and activities.

During our week long journey, we hope to discover the answers to some of these questions:

What are my strengths and weaknesses?

What are my fears?

What are my physical limitations?

What is death?

Why am I alive?

What is my purpose?
